Grab a coffee and a delicious homemade treat (for a donation) or stock up on their mostly organic and sustainable, Australian products. At the markets you will find dry foods (think beans, nuts, seeds, grains, berries and more), honey, oils and cleaning products that have no packaging, so bring your own jars and containers with you to stock up. They also have a swap or trade table where you might be lucky to score some fresh home grown produce, or, share some of your own.
