The Walkabout Tavern is situated in the centre of Nhulunbuy and features a sports bar, bistro, Thirsty Camel bottleshop and is the home of Nhulunbuy’s nightclub come the weekend. It is here you can enjoy a drink or two with a welcoming local vibe and great company.
The Walkabout Tavern has two bars. The Nhulun Bar is the public bar and the Flinders Bar and Bistro is where you can enjoy a delicious classic pub meal. Both bars are connected to the comfortable shaded Beer Garden. The venue's large capacity allows the tavern to host community events, bands and all major sporting games are played on the mega-screen.
The Walkabout Tavern is open every day except Good Friday & Christmas Day.
